This release addresses global link dropdown issues, file upload errors, navigation files appearing in search, blank document listings in the editor, and includes performance improvements and infrastructure updates.
What’s Fixed
🔗 Global Link Dropdowns Not Loading
Some districts with a large number of grouped sites were experiencing broken global link dropdowns. We’ve updated how these are handled to prevent future issues.
🔍 Navigation File Showing in Search
We renamed a background navigation file that was mistakenly being picked up by the site search. This keeps your search results clean and relevant.
♻️ Copy Site Content Infinite Loop
Copying content into a site multiple times was triggering an infinite loop in rare cases. This has been resolved to ensure a smooth experience when reusing content.
📄 Document Link Listing Blank in Editor
The Document Link Listing element was appearing blank in the editing window (even though it looked fine on the live site). This display issue is now fixed.
📁 Local File Uploads Missing IDs
Some uploaded files weren’t being assigned internal IDs, which caused issues when using them in other parts of the CMS. We fixed the upload process and added a background process to clean up any older affected files.
📣 New Announcements API (Behind the Scenes)
We’ve added a new API to support upcoming features like the React-based Announcements element. No changes on your site yet, but this sets us up for future improvements.
⚙️ Performance Improvements
We made some under-the-hood tweaks to improve how the system starts up and handles background tasks. This should help with speed and reliability.
