Evacuation map

CatapultEMS offers all staff access to the latest evacuation maps. District Safety Team members can update the maps.

View

Staff can access evacuation maps at any time.

1. Sign into CatapultEMS.com
2. Choose ≡ (Menu) > Evacuation Map.

If you are on the District Safety Team (or assigned to multiple sites), go to the particular site to view the relevant evacuation maps.

1. Sign into CatapultEMS.com
2. Choose View All Sites > site name
3. Choose ≡ (Menu) > Evacuation Map.

Update

Your District Safety Team can update evacuation maps for each site.

1. Sign into CatapultEMS.com using a District Safety Team account.
2. Choose View All Sites.
3. Next to the site you want to edit, choose the gear icon > Edit Site.
4. Under "Map(s) for Print/Download (PDF only):"
   1. Choose the x in the red box to delete the old map.
   2. Choose Browse and select the PDF file of the map. To create a PDF file, see Convert PDF and image files below.
5. Under "Image Map(s) for Web/Mobile (jpeg, jpg, png):"
   1. Choose the x in the red box to delete the old map.
   2. Choose Browse and select the JPEG or PNG version of the map. To create an image file, see Convert PDF and image files below.
6. Choose Save.

Convert PDF and image files

• If your map is PDF only, you can convert to an image file using this website: https://pdftoimage.com/
• If your map is an image file, you can cover to a PDF using this website: https://jpg2pdf.com/
• If your map is a Word or PowerPoint document, choose File > Export > Create PDF/XPS.
