You can automatically notify parents and guardians when their lunch balance goes below a certain dollar amount. Contact support@catapultems.com for help with the initial setup. Below are instructions to make changes.
Customize message
- From the Organization Dashboard, select the Low Lunch Balance button.
- Select Email, Text, or Phone Call for the method of delivery. Text and Phone Call are premium features. For more information, contact support@catapultems.com.
- For email, enter the Subject and Message.
- For the final alert message, we recommend including a detail that it'll be the final message regarding this matter
- For Text and Phone, enter the same or alternate message.

Delivery triggers
- Send at (select time).
- Send when the balance is below (select amount).
- Shows the total balance of all students in the district.
- Shows positive balance (total of all students with positive balance).
- Shows negative balance (total of all students with negative balance).
- Select the number of days after the first message is sent out to send a follow-up message.
- If Alert 1 is set to 0 days, CatapultCONNECT sends the alert message the same day we receive the low lunch balance.
- Select email for delivery option.
- Select Text for delivery option.
- There are up to 7 available follow-up messages to send.
- Select Save or Cancel.
