Accessing the Website Analytics
To access your website’s analytics, begin on your Catapult Dashboard and click on the ANALYTICS link located on the MANAGE WEBSITES tab to open the Website Analytics Dashboard.
Understanding the Graphics
The Website Analytics Dashboard displays site usage and updated statistics for each of your websites in an easy-to-read graphic format.
The graph’s key displays the total number of people who have engaged with:
- Active Alerts
- Directory Messages
- New Announcements
- Viewed Announcements
- Liked Announcements
Customize your view by clicking on the buttons above the graph:
Date Range: You may view the daily or monthly analytics data.
Groups: You may view group’s analytics data - District Office, Elementary School, Middle School, and High School - through the drop-down menu.
Education Levels: You may view all educational levels analytics data through the drop-down menu
Sites to Show: You may view analytics for all your sites at once or select a single site to view their specific analytics.
Engagement Stats: Below, you will find Engagement Stats for your district website and each of your school websites. The categories displayed are:
- Total Visitors
- Unique Visitors
- Active Alerts
- Website Publishes
- Directory Messages
- Viewed Announcements
- Liked Announcements
- New Announcements
- Shared Announcements
- Translated Announcements
Top Pages & Contributors: This summary also lists your website’s Top Pages and the Top Contributors among your website maintainers.
APP ANALYTICS
To view your CatapultAPP Analytics, access your Website Analytics Dashboard as above, then click on the APP ANALYTICS button to open your App Analytics Dashboard.
This dashboard is formatted identically to the Website Analytics Dashboard to make accessing your analytics quick and easy.
