CatapultCONNECT speaks 17 languages and automatically translates to 103 written languages. Below is the comprehensive list of supported languages.

CatapultCONNECT automatically translates into the preferred language of the recipient. Note: In some circumstances a message may not translate. For example:

• Emergency messages wait a maximum of 3 minutes for translations. Since urgency is the priority here, it sends the message untranslated if any automatic translations are not ready within 3 minutes.
• General messages usually translate in less than 10 minutes. On the rare occasion that we don't get a translation within an hour, we may send the message in English to avoid further delays.

Spoken

When you choose Voice Message > Type Voice Message (Read by Robot), CatapultCONNECT automatically translates the message to the preferred language of each recipient.

The CONNECT robot speaks the following languages:
