Staff Directory Element: Add Directory to a Catapult Page
The Staff Directory element allows you to display staff listings directly on a CatapultCMS page. This element is only available to Developer-level users and will appear once the Staff Directory has been enabled on your Dashboard.

Adding the Staff Directory Element to a Page

Open the Edit panel for your page.

Scroll to the Advanced section.

Drag the Staff Directory element onto the page.

Click the Staff Directory placeholder box to open the Staff Directory Embed window.
Inside this window, you can choose which sites to display, how entries are grouped, and whether you want to lock the view to a specific department or group.
Staff may be grouped by:

Site
-
Department
-
Group

Adding a Staff Directory for One Department or Group
You can use the Staff Directory element to display only one specific department or group.
Examples include:

A Technology department staff page
-
A First Grade team page on an elementary school site
-
A Math Department roster on a high school site
Each staff member must have the correct department assigned in your CSV files or Staff Directory setup for this filtering to work.
How to Display a Single Department Directory
In the Staff Directory Embed window:

Site – Choose the site you want to display (Example: District Office)

Group By Department Mode – Select Group by Department

Department Lock – Choose the department you want to display (Example: Technology)

Click Save
The page will now display only the staff members in the selected department.
Tip: Some employees may appear in multiple departments if they have more than one department listed in the directory.
