Tabbed Element

Using the Tabbed Element for Organizing Content

The Tabbed Element works just like the Text Editor Element, but it lets you organize content into different tabs. Depending on your website's template, the tabs may look a little different.

How to Manage Your Tabs

Once you have the Tabbed Content window open, you can manage your tabs with these simple steps:

  • Add a Tab: Click the ADD TAB button to create a new tab.
  • Add a Title: You can give your tab a Content Title (this is optional).
  • Rename a Tab: To rename a tab, click on the tab name, then click EDIT TAB TITLE. You can change the title in the popup window.
  • Delete a Tab: To remove a tab, click the tab name, then hit the DELETE TAB button. Confirm or cancel your choice in the popup window.
  • Rearrange Tabs: Want to reorder your tabs? Simply click and drag the tab to its new position.
  • Force Accordion:  Change your tabbed content to an accordion view!
  • Align tabs: Use the TAB ALIGNMENT button's 3 choices Tab_align.png to align your tabs – left, center or right alignment.
  • Enter Your Content: In the large content area labeled ENTER TEXT HERE, you can add whatever content you want for each tab.
